Bourbon Barrel Head Tray | Handcrafted Reclaimed Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Serving & Display Tray

Details from the maker

Every bourbon barrel has a story, and now that story can live on right in your home. The Bourbon Barrel Head Tray is crafted from an authentic upcycled Kentucky bourbon barrel head, giving you a serving piece that feels substantial, genuine, and rooted in real American cooperage tradition.

Here's what makes it special: no two trays are ever alike. Each one showcases the natural wood grain, weathered patina, and original barrel markings created while aging fine bourbon — and many even feature the original cooperage or distillery stamp. That's the charm! Your tray carries the true character of the barrel it came from, making it an instant conversation starter every time you set it out.

The steel strap handles are formed from the barrel rings themselves, so the whole piece stays cohesive and authentic down to the last detail. It's a thoughtful touch that honors the integrity of the original barrel and gives the tray a bold, rustic-modern look.

Best of all, the food-safe seal means this tray is as functional as it is beautiful. Arrange cheeses, crostini, cured meats, nuts, and chocolates directly on the surface for effortless entertaining, or style it with candles, bottles, and small décor for a display that celebrates your Kentucky pride. At a generous 21" x 21" and a solid 15 lbs, it makes a warm, welcoming statement wherever it lands.

Family-crafted in the USA by three generations of makers from upcycled bourbon barrels, this tray blends heritage, quality, and everyday function beautifully. Whether you're a proud Kentuckian, a devoted bourbon lover, or someone who simply adores handcrafted décor with soul, you'll love bringing this authentic piece into your home!
